Life has its ways
Rough and sticky patches always finds its way to us
And no I’m not talking about the tissue you use to decorate your whatever it is you desire
But you might want one or two tissues when life beats you down
Just remember that it is okay to be defeated, to be beaten
Be true to your emotions and feelings
Feel it, experience it, respect it, say goodbye to it.
You were just a visitor not a resident.
You will inevitably find your kin
People who, like you, have had been defeated
Had their fair share of rough and sticky patches.
Destiny has its ways
Everchanging and full of opportunities
And yes, I am saying it transforms and molds at your every choice.
Because we know defeat and pain, we are more open to receive the positive opposite.
Feel it, experience it, respect it, and give thanks to it.
Yes, I was at rock bottom.
At first, I was lost but
There is where I met my kins.
And from there, we have risen towards the sun.
In this journey, I am accompanied by my chosen and destined kins.
Things inevitably work out, for I am not alone, destiny has its ways just as life has its own.
